How long does it take for hypnosis to wear off?
When completed correctly and the subject has gone into a deep trance the suggestions are permanent!
Some may suggest that profound changes can be made with only one session. I believe that you will need a minimum of five sessions to achieve your desired results. That being said we are different, we have experienced life in our unique way thus making therapy as distinctive as we are.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
If you search the internet some will say no and others will say yes. I can only speak from my own experiences when responding to this question.
If you believe in hypnosis and want to be hypnotized then yes you can be, otherwise, why are you coming to see a Hypnotist?
We naturally go into hypnotic trances throughout the day so why is this any different? It’s not! Some Hypnotists see a select number of their prospective clients as being “bad subjects!” This is nonsense, those particular therapists are placing their own limiting beliefs out there for all to witness.
My mindset is that every client is amazing and unique! But that’s what makes being a Hypnotherapist so exciting and rewarding. No two people are alike, our stories are different and so should be your therapy.
Should the therapist be certified and accredited?
Absolutely! Let me just add this point as well: make sure that the “Therapist” is certified but ensure they are from a recognized institution.
Some out there in the internet universe have received a certificate from one day of training that cost $7.00!
My initial hypnosis training lasted for two years, plus over 200 clinical hours (pro bono) to achieve the highest levels of training and effectiveness. As well as all the courses I continue to take to ensure I have the most modern up-to-date techniques and an excellent foundation.
When looking for help please ask the right answers, your mental health should be their top priority!
