Are you in control of your mind, or does your mind control you?
This is a question I’m often asked and ask my clients.
“I’m almost ready to quit smoking!”
“I’m almost ready to lose weight!”
When I hear these comments it is a clear indication this client has placed limiting beliefs on why they cannot do something.
“Do you really need to be convinced to be healthy?”
These clients do not yet understand the power they possess.
They (the client) have convinced themselves to smoke. We know this because when you take the very first inhales (drags) of a cigarette your body rejects it. You will cough, gag, or even throw up. And yet, you continue to smoke.
Why can’t the opposite be the truth as well?
Interesting question isn’t it?
Why can’t I just tell my mind to quit this horrible, life taking addiction!
Simply, because most do not know they have the power within.
Your thoughts can and will change your behavior. As you see yourself is as you become!
This power and control is available to everyone, it’s a question of mindset. Your mind will consistently and constantly put up barriers and will default to it’s known behavior and continue smoking.
Okay, so how does this all work?
With the power of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is an amazingly powerful tool to help you change unwanted behavior(s). Hypnosis can change your mindset and help guide you, and give you that extra confidence to take the next step. Once again, you must want to quit smoking, lose weight, or quit gambling etc.
I use several different modalities with my clients to help them overcome their struggles. Each on it’s own is very powerful, combing (hypnosis, NLP, time line therapy) is very effective and powerful.
